I purchased this for a laptop I purchased for a relative to use at college. This is a necessary item especially if you have limited technical skills or limited time to trouble shoot yourself. I have purchased protection plans on several items. Overall, I have been very pleased with the product. I have used the in-home services and online services.

I’m so glad that I found them to be able to help me with any computer problem that I have. They do a fantastic job and they are very prompt and quick about it I highly recommend.

I am a teacher and I purchased two chromebooks for use in my classroom. So I added this Geek Squad protection plan to my purchase since I teach second grade and I know how careless they can be around expensive equipment. I thought it was an affordable price in exchange for knowing my two chromebooks would be protected from accidents in my classroom.

The accidental warranty is Absolutely worth the money. I’m accident prone so I knew this was something I needed to have. However, keep in mind that if your computer experiences damage 2 things must occur. #1 they send your computer away (2weeks). #2 they do not back up your computer and if it needs a replacement you have to pay for your information so try to keep a backup

My spouse is very happy with her new gaming computer. The girl that helped me was very knowledgeable and made sure I was aware of sales and helped me chose the best computer at the best price. I was very pleased. She also explained the benefits of purchasing the extended warranty and hopefully I won't have to use it, but glad I have it in case I need it.

Agents were able to explain the protection plan to me as to how it will work. That if I lose my receipt, I can use my phone number to look up the plan.

I bought this membership when I purchased my last laptop. I knew that this yearly membership would pay off since I planned on buying several appliances for my new house. This day came, appliances were purchased for my mom and my new house, we both saved on installation and my mom saved on haul away items. Worth every penny of this member

I was going on a work trip with my new laptop so this gave some peace of mind.

Son went off to College as a digital media major. Bought him a highly recommended laptop (per Best Buy employee) did everything they (BB) promised us but died on our son the first year. Burned out fan not repairable. Replaced old laptop with a brand new one. Two years in with new laptop never regretted purchasing the extended Warranty. Thank god I rethought the purchase.

The in-store reps were amazing and very helpful, but my overall Geek Squad service experience was frustrating. My laptop repair took much longer than expected, and I ended up having to contact corporate to get clear answers and updates. I appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the store team, but the process itself definitely needs improvement.

The protection plans that I have purchased on my 2 computers give me great peace of mind, that IF anything goes wrong, I will get help. I am a college student, and have one computer for school and one Chromebook for home use. I have plans on both. I feel very safe knowing I have help and basically insurance if something were to go wrong on either expensive (to me) devices.

They fixed my laptop even though it took long I still didn’t care because it was getting fixed and they also fixed the parts that I didn’t ask to be fixed

This laptop is capable of gaming at a very high performance. I bought this when it was on sale for a really great price and I never looked back. Highly recommend for a budget friendly gaming laptop. Only reason it’s a 4/5 and not 5/5 is that it doesn’t have a number pad. But Microsoft sells a wireless one that made up for it.

Purchased few weeks ago i5 runs faster then I thought. Screen bright and colorful. Only negative things are back-lit keys I miss takes time to find right keys I guess in time i will get used too. Power button needs to be a button not a bar, I have big fingers.

it is perfect every thing good except get in hot at the bottom i don not know only my laptop or all of them do i have to get refund ?

We had made a purchase of a previous laptop and bought the protection for that computer. Best investment ever made. The laptops fan was defective. Geek squad sent it out and had it repaired for us in no time. Would definitely recommend the extra purchase
