This plan has been outstanding. My son is hard on laptops and this plan has saved the expense of repair or replacement on several occasions. If the computer is beyond repair, which doesn't take much damage, the plan give you a credit of the full original purchase price to use for the purchase of a new one.

Looked for a replacement for my macbook air. Using for every day and school use. Highly recommend. I know its pricey but I got it on sale and its worth the investment

Good to know my items are protected incase something happens

I like the protection and have always gotten for all my purchases at BestBuy. The one year ended and now they do not let you renew the geek squad protection. Sad. It's a great product for the consumer but I guess company loosing bucks so discontinued it. Make sure you ask questions and make sure before purchase. I would still recommend cause its a great plan.

Bought a protection plan for a laptop . Glad I did , laptop was damaged and they replaced it with a brand new one . Only thing is it is good for one replacement. Bought a one year insurance but it expires when product is replaced .

Love these Chromebooks. Bought them for my grandchildren and they love it. I even use them. I love that it's a Intel Core M3 processor. A great buy, will purchase again. Highly satisfied!

had an issue with my laptop shortly after purchase. Something minor but I couldn't figure out why my computer wouldn't install windows 11. I took it back and they had it figured out in about 5 minutes. these guys know what they're doing. 100% worth to buy protection because it covers almost everything.

When you get a computer for a teenager, make sure that you purchase this valuable coverage. Kids sometimes are not protective of the items which they have, not out of malice, but simply out of being a teenage with not enough experience to know how to be protective of valuable assets like a computer. This coverage is a MUST!

If you drop it if you break it they will be there for you; if you have a question, if you can 'can't work it they will be there for you, if you're buying something for a parent or for anyone who I like to call "tech-no - logical" you must buy the Geeks... My son had his computer knocked out of his hands at school. The computer screen and case were cracked. The geek squad had it sent to be repaired and it came back good as new quickly.

The very existance of the Geek Squad with my history of repairs, etc. made by them is a must for me to acquire a warranty for expensive acquisitions.
