Even though buying a warranty for the computer was expensive, anytime I brought the computer in, I was treated with a great deal of respect and ad a valued customer. The problems were akaays fine timely. I highly recommend buying a warranty and relying on the Geek Squad

The Geek Squad does a great job checking and fixing my PC when I have a problem. They log into my PC remotely and work on my PC while I am at home. I can see what they are doing. They have always been helpful, friendly and professional.

I have previously used this service and it is one of the best ones out there. Anytime you have a problem you can either go to a store or online and get replacement very easily. With kids it's an absolute must.

it provides you with great protection. it got a laptop 2 years ago and bought this extended services. I got a credit for the full amount of the product price because it has issues and I was able to upgrades to a new laptop.

I always buy protection plans from Best Buy. My grandson laptop was damaged and Best Buy replaced it with no questions asked.

Ahhhhh geek squad is my good too! I love this added protection and Best Buy’s service is unmatched when it comes to customer service. I will say sometimes repairs take a little bit but at least I know it’s covered.

They help with any issues you have. Even if they cant help they can direct you to help

After having my Chromebook for three weeks the screen was accidently cracked. I took it in for repair and they had it back in a little over a week. Nice job Geek Squad!

There are certain products from Best Buy like this protection I always by if the purchased item’s price warrants such. I feel better knowing I’ve got a cushion if something happens to my purchased items.
