I always buy the protection plan, for everything that I purchase. The plan has always been useful, if we have any issues with a product that I purchase.

Peace of mind is what you are our heading with this product. I hope I don't need to use it in the upcoming year! Reasonably priced.

Accident protection is great for laptops but it isn't worth having for a TV. You don't realize that it doesn't cover broken Tvs unless you read carefully

This was a life saver, when I had any issues with my Laptop I took it to the Geek Squad and they took care of the problem.

With kids like mine you have to make sure to get insurance on everything for peace of mind. Haven’t filed a claim but it’s nice having peace of mind.

Highly recommend having this coverage. Well worth it, because I had to use it before and was able to get a better replacement.

Alway buy the protection. Have used it and it’s a great peace of mind. You want regret it unless you don’t get and then need it. Then you will be sorry.

Why not take advantage of the discount on a great service/product. You know you will have your "electronic gadget" for longer than a year.

This has been a no hassle protection plan since we have started buying at Best Buy. If you do need to use it then expect great customer service, fast turn around time, and overall complete satisfaction.

If it's something you don't expect to replace within 2 years, e.g. computer, I would say it's worth it. Gives you the comfort of mind.

Got such a great deal on the computer it was stupid not to get this plan. Have had good luck with their policy claims in the past so I don’t expect issues

The Geek Squad protection is sooo good to have, especially if you don't have time to deal with problems from your laptop. You can literally walk in and have your stuff fixed within hours of dropping it off.

Wanted to make sure that I was covered with my new laptop purchase. Geek squad is always reliable when needed. This is a great service to have.

I have not used this for the computer I purchased but nice to have the assurance that the laptop my 10 year old uses is covered in case something breaks.
