Purchased to go along with a laptop that was purchased for a teenager. Need I say more. Just extra protection. Have other items that have or have had protections plans. Never had an issue with them.

Never had to use geek squad warranty but am always sure to purchase. I have small children so I like to be prepared for accidents.

Have not had to use it yet but have heard great things about Geek Squad service. They have a great reputation locally Hopefully will never have to use it

Purchased this laptop for my son entering freshman yr in college, he loves it, everything he needs from fast processor to long lasting battery pack.

I have not had the opportunity to use this item, but I have used the Geek Squad in the past and have always found it to be a good purchase.

I never purchase anything without the protection plan

Computers seldom ever have mechanical problems for a while, but an accident can happen at any time. It's nice to have 2 years to not worry about it.

I get this on all my items I buy from Best Buy. Best protection policy I’ve ever bought. Used it on my headphones when they stop working and they gave a new pair from the rack not a refurbished one.

I think the geek Squad protection is worth every penny! Qualified and helpful techs that actually know what they are doing.

love the extra protection for the computer. so far haven't had to use but in case of liquids or snow or rain its great to feel safe on this plan.

Always worth it to invest in the oops for any of your electronics. Don’t want to say I should have purchased protection after the fact.
