Geek squad transferred all my information to my new computer. No extra charges and they made sure I was comfortable before I left the store.

I never fail to purchase geek squad protection. This is one of the main reasons I purchase at best buy because of the great protection and service.

I have not had to use this yet luckily, but its worth having, knowing I have protection if needed.

It is a great protection plan if you break your laptop or crack your screen make an appointment and geek squad will fix it, and it cost you no money at all.

Guys always get the accidental. I have never regreted the purchase. Best case scenario, you never use it. But, that will never happen. So, get it.

I firmly believe in the geek squad protection. I have an HP laptop that I purchased in 2009....their service and protection has been one of the main reasons why I keep coming back to Best Buy.

Although I didn't use my whole two years for a laptop I bought I was able to get another instead and had to pay what was left which was kind of cool. It was like an upgrade basically.
