Definitely worth purchasing if you buy more than 1 electronic from bestbuy, pays itself off in time.

On an expensive purchase always get the insurance. I spilled water in my computer and happily received a new one.

This laptop isn't cheap. So it’s best to have a service policy for repairs or replacement when things go bad.

I’ve used geek squad service 4 times now. It’s great when you need it. Usually get appointments right away.

Hopefully I don’t have to use the warranty but if anything I’m glad I got it.

I have had to call 3 times and all personnel I dealt with courteous and polite. They had me fixed in such a short time.. Much more knowledgeable than I am.

My wife purchased these just to try them out. She had no idea she would like them as much as she does. The only down side to them is that it only comes with one size earbud.
