We have yet to avail of this purchase and its purpose but we find ourselves at ease knowing that Best Buy has great service.

I was surprised its transferable, my laptop was replaced the accidental protection was transferred to the new laptop

My wife purchased these just to try them out. She had no idea she would like them as much as she does. The only down side to them is that it only comes with one size earbud.

Geek Squad is critical. I would never purchase anything without getting it.

I love geek squad protection plans. They have saved my electronics more then once and it is well worth the price.

But, it was nice to be able to purchase it, This was for a high end laptop, so I felt it was worth it to have a little insurance.

I cracked my computer screen and couldn't access any of my information and they helped retrieve my information and repaired my screen

Husband always gets this because son is clumsy. Son has a habit of being clumsy everytime he has something expensive in his hands.

Protection plans are always worth it. Even if you don’t use them there is still the unknown. Geek squad is always awesome.

I bought this for a computer 5 months ago & it had several problems & couldn't be fixed. Refunded me with gift cards to buy another one.
