Have used thisbin the past geek squad has always came thorugh for me!

Glad I got my 2 year accidental protection.It is a must.

Geek Squad was great about letting me replace my laptop when it needed a third repair. Deducted a star for the somewhat misleading sales pitch I was given. I was promised that I would be refunded the regular/replacement cost of the laptop, and I was only given back my purchase price. I purchased the laptop open box.

I purchased the Accidental Geek Squad Protection when I purchased my new HP Envy laptop. I figured seeing that I just spent all this money on a new laptop, why not spend just a little bit on an insurance protection. The Agent mentioned some of the items this would cover and I thought, well, why not. If I didn't have this I would probably end up needing it and it might end up costing a lot more for repair in the long run. This was a chance purchase.

This has been the best laptop I have ever purchased. It is a very fast computer, the touch screen is awesome and I love the fact that it has a number pad on the side of the keyboard. Overall it is a great price for a great product. You won't be disappointed.

my laptop broke in the midst of covid. I was sent strong packing to send it out to be fixed. Took a while with shipping issues because of covid but it was fixed. Unfortunately it only worked for a while and same problem was back. The store finally opened by appointment only. After looking it over it was suggested I'd be better off with an exchange for a new one. So thats what I did. Im glad I took out the protection. They did what was best for me.

I ordered an open Box EXCELLENT conditions option, however it came with multiple scratches, dent, and even the screen with a noticeable line across the screen. On top of delays receiving this laptop due to ups and poor customer service. I have previously purchased another excellent condition open box and it was like new / I’m pretty sure they grabbed a fair condition used laptop and sent this one. Best Buy is disappointing.

Is a super important tool for the computer. At the moment not have to use.

I like to have the security of knowing that if something happens to my device when it is still fairly new that it will be repaired or replaced without charge to me. If I do not use it, then it was good insurance. I have had a few devices over the years that have failed and were refunded the entire purchased price plus any unused warranty to spend on a new item.

The good squad was very helpful when solving my issues with my laptop. The staff were very friendly and helped me through the whole process. I had wrinkles in my screen and they were able to help me get that issue resolved. Would highly recommend this for warranty for everyone!

The sale clerk was not pushy. The sales clerk was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I haven't had to use it yet but I'm sure I can depend on them when it comes around like I did in the past.

Any purchase through Geek Squad is a smart one. This is a consumer-oriented company that values and respects its customers by offering quality products and merchandise at a fair price. The costs for this 3 -year Accidental Geek Squad Protection plan is nothing compared to the value I will be getting. Technology is pricey and a warranty ends after 12 months. This plan protects my pocketbook for the next 3 years.

So far so good. I’ve not had to use it yet for this item, but I purchased it as a precaution due to Best Buy’s warranties have always helped me when I needed them. I drop and break my laptops, cell phones, etc more often than I’d like plus I also have three kids. This plan is a must.

I absolutely love using geek squad. We have used it for years. It has better services than other stores that deal with electronics. We have kids, so they manage to do the dumbest things, then we have a great opportunity to replace them.
