Not worth it.

There are a lot of loop holes on their part. Not hating on the company. Just hating on the geek squad service itself. Make it better, guys!

Cant get help even though i bought 2 year plan
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I called geek squad for help on my warranty for msi laptop with a bad fan they said they were all booked up and couldn't make an appointment so i said how do we do this he said he had to transfer me so i can get someone to send me a box to send laptop to manufacturer i said ok 5 hours later know one answers the phone i was on hold the whole time with no help i am completely dissatisfied as a customer.

Not happy with wrong plan given

I spent over 1000 on a laptop, got the all the Microsoft coverage and then purchased this plan. I was told I was getting the plan that covered everything to include up to ten additional items if I needed to use geek squads for that. Well I made an appt with geek squad today went in and was told that is not the plan I have. I spent a lot of money for people who are supposed to know there job to tell me the incorrect information and sell me the wrong coverage. So I can’t speak for if they can actually fix anything. As of for customer service with employees being knowledgeable and giving correct information beat buy needs to do A LOT better.
