2 year accident geek squad protection for Microsoft Surface Book 3.

We bought this to add to my daughter's laptop as a just in case. Kind of pricey, but worth it if it's needed.

It's a little unclear at the outset what all is covered vs what isn't.

never had to use, made me fell better knowing i was covered just in case.

Having free service tied to a purchase is a nice benefit.

Was not able to fix in store had to be sent off. If it could have been was going to be an excellent buy

Doesn't really do its job they tend to break something when fixing my stuff

There is a cost limit for repairs... so if you reach the cost limit before the warranty expires (1-year, 2-year, etc) then you forfeit the rest of the warranty period. In other words, if they sell you a piece of junk and it has to be repaired or replaced, the cost if doing that supersedes the time left on your warranty.

I had to return this because it wasn't what i expected.

So far, so good. Hoping I won't have to use this anytime soon.

Very expensive accidental insurance is, but I guess necessary

I always purchase a pro plan to have my items replace incase they brake

This is a good thing to have, just in case. Never needed to use it though
