Won't cover, don't loose your receipt
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this and it shows on the website I purchased in the store but it didn't link anywhere else or show a receipt so they said they wouldn't cover my laptop breaking. I even have a purchase from my bank for the amount of 192 for the laptop coverage and still will not accept it.

High Cost!

I know of protection plans from 2 other places that are $100-$130 for 3 yrs. This one was $230!

Too Spendy!

Tech had me to go in and forget my internet and then go back and reconnect. Then he told me to call 1800 tech number because they may have more info to help me. SMH.

Terrible Support; Hidden contract Conditions
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Under the insurance policy, your laptop can be sent Kentucky up to 3 times before they deem the computer un-fixable (not told upfront). Took a month to get computer back before it failed 2x in the first month. Online support is not helpful.

broken promise
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not too happy with plan, when i purchased I was told I would get a replacement charger cord if needed (within the year ) just come into the store and they would replace it. low and behold when I tried to replace a damaged cord policy had changed and I had to call tech support Blah blah blah never received my replacement cord.
