    pointless rip-off, if they can't fix it, and trust me they will say they can't, they will charge you to replace your computer. You are paying them to charge you more. Get the extended warranty from the manufacture, they fix and return.

    I purchased the insurance with my Lenovo Chromebook and while the charger wouldn’t charge the tech suggested I purchase another... it should work with the charger or be remedied but I’m just at a loss in the purchase and the insurance...

    They want to make an "appointment" for two weeks away and that is just to drop it off - no telling how long it would take to actually fix it. My LAST purchase from this company - EVER.

    When I needed the protection I was charged $149 so this was not a good purchase at all. They did not do what they said that they would do so the service is not good.

    I know that some of these things are supposed to be easy. But some of us aren’t knowledgeable enough to assume that I know what to do. If you sent me an email on instructions, then where is it?

    Not worth it if they keep on trying to fix something they know is going to be mess up in a few days weeks or in a month. Yet they don't tell you about it and want to wait for the warranty to expire so that you have to paid out of pocket to fix what they knew was not fix.

    Came in to get assistance with downloading trend security since I wasn't able to get the service I paid for. Cold shoulder I received. I was told I have people here who has an appointment. Shouldn't be a full star. Zero for rudeness.

    absolute beast at running stuff, however it constantly locks up, overheats if shut, keyboard overheats, has wifi issues, fingerprint sensor issues and much more

    Biggest waste of money. Have to jump through so many hoops to get your computer looked at. I would have extended the manufacturers warranty if I knew how bad their's was.

    Geek squad in college station are the worse. Very unprofessional and mean. It’s a waste of money to invest for their service unless you go to a location in nearby cities don’t purchase their service. There’s always waiting time even though you schedule an appointment!

    What they don't tell you is tgat if you bought your purchase a year ago and it needs replacement they only give you credit at the rate you paid for it. Not to actually replace it. So now a computer that cost me $200 is now $320. Sucks and not what i thought it would be.

    I think if you pay a pretty penny for a device it will last. And you should not get or need insurance unless you are in a hazardous surrounding. To say the least...get Fitbit it suits your conscious otherwise we upgrade our devices so much these days why should it matter seriously
