Geek Squad Sucked

Garbage

Time-consuming, not effective

I have spoken on the phone for hours with agents all of whom do not know what they are doing and give me completely different and unhelpful answers.

I still would recommend them because some of them give good advice. Also reviewing a human is bizarre. He was just doing his job.

Not Worth the Money
