Faked out this time. Continue as a guest only to be forced to create an account prior to completing the order? It remains no surreprise to me why Amazon ia burying all of the brick and mortars. I tried to buy a cd of Turbo tax from best buy. Even the download reqired a log in. I have had this discussion with intuit more than once. I found a cd version. Keep pushing your customers to Amazon. I only get Geek Squad protection on purchases over $1000 generally, and this was DEFINITELY worth the purchase. I have used the Geek Squad multiple times to get my device fixed, and there has been absolutely no friction or any problem in getting the device fixed.

This laptop is pretty heavy but really useful if you need install lots of programs that take alot of gb.

Glad I had this! I never used them but definitely feels better knowing you have someone that will take care of you tech.

Great equipment, fast, looks great. Lenovo makes good stuff, this is my 2nd chromebook and there both great. the chromebook plus are even better. I'll never go back to windows again.

Pretty impressive. It does run hot with the factory paste job, but is easily remidied with some fujipily extreme pads and some conductonaught I'm. I was hitting low 90s in some games with the fans on manual max. After the repaste, with kryonaut at first, I was mid 80s. I then did LM and I'm hitting max 70 after several hours of Baldurs Gate 3 maxed out, which isn't very fine tuned yet.

this is an amzing laptop in almost every way but it gets really really hot. Plaing games like that arent very demanding like WoW and Starcraft 2 im getting temps up to 82c on the cpu and in demanding games it can up to almost 90c on the cpu. The gpu stays cool compared to the cpu. The gpu on demanding games like arma 3 or tarkov get get up to 75c. other than the thermal issues on the cpu i love it!!!!

This is the one. I am into photography and video at amateur level and this laptop has a very nice display, higher than 4k and OLED, what else you need! It does not get overly hot as mentioned in some review. To me it's just what I needed it.

The GS fixed the damaged laptop case after a drop, and it looks brand new; they did have to send it off for repair, and it took about two weeks but they sent texts, and you can check on the status online, which is excellent.

I am very good at breaking the laptops I get within the warrenty. Because of my bad luck I always buy the warranty. Geek squad is very easy to work with and so far, I have never had any problems getting a replacement or fix when one was required. Plus unlike many other warranties, this one covers screen damage and anything else that might happen to it.

Bought it as a Christmas gift for my 11 year old with ASD loves it. Didn’t get a MacBook because it wasn’t realistic for us and her needs. Basically a two in one for her. Love it

Note that I bought this when it was $400 off and I believe even still that price is way too much to ask for this laptop. Don't get me wrong it's a really good gaming laptop and can run almost anything but that's what I expect at the very least - but it's not extravagant. Sometimes (more often than I'd like) there are glitches in game. The laptop has render to catch up. I have purchased a $500 I buy power gaming computer in the past and it is exactly equivalent when playing games. Hogwarts Legacy cannot run completely smoothly on this laptop. If I would have paid the full price which is around $2,000 I would have been furious and probably would have tried to return this laptop. However I'm glad that I have it and it's the best PC I own but it's not worth $1,600. I could have gotten an off-brand that would blow this out of the water for $300 cheaper probably.

Make sure you save up to get this service I couldn’t be happier it is more than worth what I paid. Best Buy geek squad is extremely helpful, efficient and quick. A have not purchased this in the past and have dropped or broken items I purchased and basically threw my money down the drain. But with the coverage I have already saved more than what I paid.
