This is an overpriced extended warranty option from Bestbuy. A $1800 laptop has a 3 year option charged at almost 25% of the laptop's cost. this bundles in Accidental Damage which not everyone like myself needs as I only care about covering mechanical defects after the first year. Worse, Asus will not offer extended warranties on their laptops purchased from BestBuy because of some deal they made with BestBuy.

This is a terrible laptop had it for 1 month and then the battery died. Of course internal battery to. Guess what im 4 days outside my return period and best buy refuses to exchange the laptop for a not broken one im never ordering from bestbuy again. Geeksquad also is usless and wont help

Didn’t do anything. Making me do a minimum character count to get a gift card to hopefully get my money back via random sweepstacks.

Worst customer service ever... I waited in a long pick up line for an hour. The manager wasn't friendly and he didn't wanted to helped. He asked me to cancel my because they couldn't find the laptop in store.

Overheats way too easily. With all other applications closed, this can't handle playing COD for more than an hour or so before it just crashes mid-game play. Not good for gaming.

Unreliable times for scheduling. Do not speak English.

DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTER it runs super slow and takes about thirty minutes just to boot up the search engine you're better off buying one of the more expensive computers which sucks if you're on a budget

I don't feel like this really added any value to my purchase. At the time it seems like the sales people were really pressuring me and they made it unclear what exactly the service was good for. Later I had questions and they were unhelpful.

Horrible service. Was told about the warranty and what it covered but then one year later call them for service. They was told its not covered but was told by the sells person it would be covered by our best buy warranty.

Operating system was corrupt on opening Christmas morning... huge buzzkill

I wish I can give this product a 0 star, I'm furious I only had it for about a year and it started to break around the screen area, the plastic is so flimsy. don't buy this product it's a waste of money

Do not waste your time, I don't know what is worse, HP or the Geek Squad, I bought this unit Geek squad certified figuring a tech had fixed the problem of why it was returned, I have to laugh, The fan sounded like a small motor boat, Exchanged for another and this time the fan runs even in screen saver mode.

Not worth it unless you can wait a month or more for you device to be returned and there would still be a charge on top of that I was told. You won't have to pay for a brand new device, but you might as well for the amount of time you'll have to wait to get your gear back and if it's critical work gear, you don't have that kind of time.

We bought this as certified and literally on 6th day of playing (only sims btw) it completely crashed. Return policy is one day past the return deadline. I will never purchase from Best Buy again after this.

I don’t have this laptop. I bought a Lenovo laptop about three years ago because of the low price. In the 33 years I have owned computers, my Lenovo is the worst computer I have owned. If you wonder why their prices are so low, you can be sure it’s because they cut corners with components.

delivery was delayed for almost a week and when i finally got it it was a defected laptop. Contacted costumer service and there were not helpful at all, not even could i get new one.

The Geek Squad staff are rude AND incompetent. I stopped buying so much, from Best Buy because of the Geek Squad pukes.

This computer was such a waste of money. It struggles to open any website let alone can barely run its own programs without waiting ten minutes to load DO NOT BUY THIS

This is not a review. Rather, a question. I'm looking to be enlightened on the pro's of this lap top. It's for Gaming, but is it, a work station. Why?!!! is this not a touch screen?!!! My ignorance, precedes me. It's a thousand bucks. What does it do well.
