I called the local store at 10:39 am (3/22) and spoke with Yolanda, who said she was not at the store, but from corporate and was immediately dismissive of my situation. I explained that my ankle was broken in multiple places, my computer was damaged in the fall, and I had purchased a new computer from the store that I needed today for work. Unfortunately, she was quite unhelpful. When I mentioned that someone was coming to pick up the computer, she insisted that I needed to add them as an authorized pickup person. I explained that I couldn’t figure out how to do that and needed alternatives, Instead of assisting me, she focused on explaining why she couldn’t help. She said it was more important that I understand “why” than to receive info on how to get my computer today, that I already paid for. When I expressed that I simply wanted assistance, she responded by stating that I would have to cancel my order and that I would have to wait until Thursday (6 days). I live 6 minutes from the store I bought it from. Feeling uncomfortable with our interaction, I asked to speak with someone else. Yolanda insisted that she was in charge and that no one else could assist me, as she was the only one in that position. After much frustration, I finally managed to figure it out and requested to speak with someone from the "Geek Squad." However, she again claimed that was also her department. After some persistence, she finally transferred me. The experience was incredibly frustrating and left me in tears, with my heart racing. It’s essential to have alternative contacts available for customers who wish to speak with someone else.

So far so good .... Light and Strong ... Fan not too loud ... good for work and gaming =] 5 star for this product . Good deal !!

Always a great purchase for all electronics. Can be a little pricey but worth it in the end.

Geek squad is by far the best investment. You'll never be let down. When something goes wrong the squad is there to fix it.

Outstanding performance. This is all you need for a gaming and powerful laptop. Runs Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 without any issues.

The accidental geek squad protection has been a lifesaver for me. I dropped a laptop recently and it covered it in full.

I have had an issue with the pointer and putting the web root anti-virus on it. Other than that it is very fast and lots of memory. I may come back and give it 5 stars when these issues are fixed.

Worked for everything I needed except zoom meetings. I never could get the camera to work.

The squad worked fast and are very knowledgeable. They fix my chomembook.

Do not buy. Super sluggish, loud fan even when I am barely doing anything, very deep keyboard (and noisy) and even when typing there is sometimes a delay. Don't be fooled by the the i7 chip, it's still only clocked at 1.7 Ghz, so it's not a fast computer. I will be returning and upgrading.

It is great to have this for when we have issues with the computer.

So far so good. The laptop arrived clean and looks like new. Will update if issues arise.

Didn't need to use this but good have just incase, especially with kiddos.

perfect size for my step daughter, she loves it she plays roll blocks on it and everything has been working perfectly fine and she's able to do school work on it .
