Great piece of mind having a extended warranty as laptop was bought for my 10 year old nephew.

My computer is working great. I have not had to use my accidental Greek Squad protection yet. It gives me peace of mind that I have protection if needed.

I always purchase the geek squad service when its available. They are knowledgeable and if i need their help they make it easy to get it.

We have used this protection plan numerous times on everything from our laptop to free installation on a new dishwasher. In the end we saved a lot of money.

Had appt to have webroot down loaded on new laptop.i had to wait 25 min. Which took up my hour so tech put webroot on but next appt came & i was dismissed and he never even put my emails on. Not happy!

Costly but worth the extra $$$s for protection plan. My kids has destroyed 3 laptops so this is no brainer for me.

I was glad i made the investment. 7 months i needed to replace my cord. i got it in about a week at no additional charge.

I have not had to use yet, but security of having it is good. Pretty inexpensive compared to other plans at other stores.

I’m not tech savvy but with the help from the geek squad I can maneuver through almost anything and when I can’t they are there to take over. Well worth the money

Definitely something I would consider investing in if you have a laptop. However, I sent my Chromebook in multiple times to fix the touch screen. The times varied and they never fixed my screen.

I bought it to use for my asus computer but haven't had to use it yet!

This was very great because I have kids and in the past they have spilled things on my older computers. Recommend if you have kids or you yourself are clumsy.

This is great to have just in case something happens to your laptop computer TV or whatever you have they're great

I normally don't buy warranties, but with the added peace of mind for accidental damage protection I can now enjoy my laptop anywhere. I would suggest this for anyone who plans to travel with their laptop.
