I was so happy I had this after my puppy knocked down my laptop from my desk and damaged it.

We made an appointment to take our new laptop and tower in for Geek squad to do the set up. When I received a call that it was ready I asked the gentleman on the phone if we would be instructed on how to use it when we picked it up. When my wife arrived she was told that due to Covid they would not be able to help her. But the service was at no charge

Thankfully I haven’t had a issue that I needed to use this purchase yet.

Simply put the Geek Squad is Best Buy without the Geek Squad there would be no Best Buy.

I have my thing insured by best buy and the geek squad team are nogliable about your problems .

The 1 year accidental plan is good if you have kids that like touch your stuff

No issues with this product other than some of its terms and conditions. Look closely. Decent service overall.

Geek squad were great in setting up the new computer and transferring info over thank you.

Haven’t really had to use it but we are glad we bought it because I’m sure it’ll get used
