Not sure it was fully explained to me. After using it once I was told you can only use it 2x during 3-year period. I thought it was for unrestricted use if there was issues. Make sure you read small print.

Im not sure what i am reviewing since the app didnt actually specify. The items i purchased were a lenovo legion laptop, the geek squad warranty, a gaming chair, a desk, and h&r block tax software. All wonderful so far.

What can you say geek squad does great things they always fix my things when I need them or tell me what I need to do to replace parts or all of it so they’re useful

They are repsonsive with any questions that I may have.

Purchased on my last laptop and it came in handy the battery lost full charge...had to have the battery replaced and specific keys got really worn and got them replaced. Did all this before the 3 year. They send out so it took almost 3.5 weeks before I got back but it saved me money.

When you buy a $1,500 computer, you really gotta get an extended warranty. Things happen. Accidents happen, whether the laptop gets dropped, or water (or crumbs) spill on it. A video card can go out, a key can get stuck. I like that I just bring it into the store and it will be serviced. I don't how fast Geek Squad is, but I like that there's somewhere I can physically take it, if I need to.

I bought the service and although I haven't had to use it yet my techie friend recommended it, and I'm reassured that I have it available in case anything goes wrong. The salesman who helped me was very professional and helped me through the process and I appreciate that!

Always a good idea to get this- especially on my new gaming laptop which I was worried about not knowing how to set up.

1-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection Who wouldn't want protection on such a great laptop. Only makes sense to buy it.

Buying a Chromebook for a middle-school child is a must and the protection was a no brainer - already made use of it when she dropped it down our staircase and the touch-screen sensitivity was gone. Brought the Chromebook in for repair, took a little longer than anticipated but she did a decent number on the item. Got it back in perfect shape, like new. Well worth the extra cash up front.

The only time I've ever had to use this service has resulted in a wonderful experience. Geek Squad made it super easy to get my laptop repaired. The manufacturer was so hard to deal with, so I called Geek Squad and they took the burden off of my shoulders and made things right, and the associates I spoke with were patient and were able to provide me with all the information I needed.

I had a complicated situation by buying online and not exactly knowing all of the ins and outs of what I purchased. When I went into the store, Eric was so helpful and got me all straightened out. He explained everything to me and set up my computers.

The agents IN THE STORE worked with me on fixing, then replacing my laptop. They successfully transferred nearly all of my programs to the new one, then assisted me several times with all the "Windows 11 glitches" that happen frequently.

Always worth the $. Great service and help for even the most fickle technology.

I know I have posted these Best Buy protection plans reviews on here several times, so I won't keep saying the same thing. Bottom line, the easiest and hassle free protection plan in my opinion there is that we have used. I would recommend to anyone that doesn't have the money to go out and replace anything at anytime over say $150 of electronics or appliance's. Bottom line.
