I bought this membership when I purchased my last laptop. I knew that this yearly membership would pay off since I planned on buying several appliances for my new house. This day came, appliances were purchased for my mom and my new house, we both saved on installation and my mom saved on haul away items. Worth every penny of this member

This was a must when purchasing a new laptop to be used for school work, saves a lot of worry.

I've had this laptop for almost 2 years now, and I must say I am surprised how well it's still performing. its still cool and no heating issues. It also runs games pretty smoothly. 10/10 must get.

Worth every penny! If you buy a chromebook this is more than worth it. So far the little chromebook has not faired well even with only desk use but this warranty came in clutch for both repairs that needed to happen.

I like the protection and have always gotten for all my purchases at BestBuy. The one year ended and now they do not let you renew the geek squad protection. Sad. It's a great product for the consumer but I guess company loosing bucks so discontinued it. Make sure you ask questions and make sure before purchase. I would still recommend cause its a great plan.

Haven't had to use it yet hope she don't . I bought just in case of user error if repairs should be needed I'm sure a best buy will be close to her collage.

Bought a protection plan for a laptop . Glad I did , laptop was damaged and they replaced it with a brand new one . Only thing is it is good for one replacement. Bought a one year insurance but it expires when product is replaced .

Love my Geeks! Can't go wrong... You must absolutely purchase the Geek Squad with every Best Buy purchase you make. If you drop it if you break it they will be there for you; if you have a question, if you can 'can't work it they will be there for you, if you're buying something for a parent or for anyone who I like to call "tech-no - logical" you must buy the Geeks... Haven’t had to use this extended warranty yet but I understand that Best Buy protection products are in another class when it comes to honoring warranties.

I haven't had to use it yet but I'm sure I can depend on them when it comes around like I did in the past.

Amazing Computer, Powerful , lightweight. I would certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a Chromebook, specially if the end in mind a gift for kids, has a good budget a this is overall a really nice, functional Chromebook to have.

We had made a purchase of a previous laptop and bought the protection for that computer. Best investment ever made. The laptops fan was defective. Geek squad sent it out and had it repaired for us in no time. Would definitely recommend the extra purchase

The accidental warranty is Absolutely worth the money. I’m accident prone so I knew this was something I needed to have. However, keep in mind that if your computer experiences damage 2 things must occur. #1 they send your computer away (2weeks). #2 they do not back up your computer and if it needs a replacement you have to pay for your information so try to keep a backup
