Can’t go wrong with geek squad. Love that we can physically see someone, a little old school let me tell ya. Have had others like alstate and that make you ship it out. Geek squad is right here inside bestbuy and great with all gadgets. Thanks Best Buy, worth the purchase

I have not had to use this service and hope I don't. However, I have peace of mind in knowing that if I spill coffee on my keyboard, I can take it to the Geek Squad to repair my device. "It's better to have a peace of mind and purchase the 2-year accidental Geek Squad Protection upfront than to pay out-of-pocket money to get a repair done.

After many visits and disappointments, the manager Jeff step-in and I was able to get my questions answered. The team was great that serviced my computer with a great turn around time. The setup my new computer and provided excellent customer service.

Manufactures usually only cover problems within the first year. In case anything goes wrong past that point, I always buy these for my high ticket electronics. Do yourself a favor and give yourself peace of mind for the future

I definitely had no question on purchasing When I was told I could bring any of my electronics purchased or not purchased at Best Buy and it would be covered. Which also included phones. It’s very easy to setup an appointment with GeekSquad. I’ve had to use them twice for a broken screen and broken usb port on a laptop.

I would recommend this Protection plan to anybody, it comes in handy when an accident happen. 6 months after I bought my daughter's laptop she dropped it and broke the thing to pieces. I called the Geek Squad, they came through for me. Now I have a brand new laptop. My daughter won't get it anymore lol.

The geek squad at cascade store in Portland are helpful and excellent in providing service. One of these plans was able to replace a broken screen on brand new computer, this saved me over 350.00 and was invaluable!! Haven't needed yet but they were helpful when i decided to add plan after i left store. Not computer savvy so knowing i can call anytime is a blessing.
