Couldn't get my software up and running without the Geek Squad. Peace of mind is priceless, and in this busy season stuff happens.

When I purchase a product, I read the reviews to see how it holds up. If there are any problems indicated with the product, I buy the protection plan thru the Geek Squad. So far, I am been very lucky and have not had to use it, but it is there if I need to use it.

Happiest when we DON’T need to use these guys, but they’ve always been prompt and efficient when needed previously.

Haven't had to use it yet but knowing it is there for everything it covers is excellent. Great peace of mind knowing this coverage plan is there in the event anything were to happen to the device, especially since it is owned by my teenager.

This is a benefit to have. I recently had to utilize this warranty.

I don't like extended warranties and believe they are a waste of money. I will, however, buy the Geek Squad warranty on laptops due to the tendency for screens to crack. The Geek Squad warranty claims to cover accidental breakage so i purchased this specifically because it's a pain to replace screens.

Geek squad is so helpful they are able to assist when problems occur with devices. They also explain how to utilize products you have brought or are considering purchasing. I also enjoy their quick repair, and easy scheduling.

Haven’t used it so I’m not sure about it. I a cheapskate so the price is why I gave it 4 stars. Haha
