Having this pre-installed was a time & stress saver. Geek Squad also transferred all of my files & folders from my old pc to my new one. When I picked up my pc from them it was ready to use.

You can never go wrong with Geek Squad assistance. Especially with all that could go wrong with technology nowadays. This was provided along with the gift of a new computer.

Downside, 1 year protection is kind of expensive , have not had to use it but the 1 year mark past so, waisted $$

After our son broke his brother’s chromebook by sitting on it, we realized we should of bought the insurance. We ended up buying a new chromebook plus the insurance.

For the price I figured it was a bargain considering I bought it for a 9 year old. And the main purpose is to download and play games, right? What can go wrong, well, a lot in 2 years? I am guessing I will get my money's worth.

I will always get geek squad, they are professional and know what they are doing and they get everything done in a timely matter. It's definitely worth your money.

A must have with these devices. Never buy a device without it. It’s best to have it and not use it then not to have it. Get it!!

Always goo to have. I hope to never use it. My previous computer was on a first name basis with geek squad. Lets hope my new computer does not need them, but it is available.

they came when promised to hang our TV on the wall and did a great Job. they cleaned there mess and offered to hook up all our devices to it. highly recommed Geek squad.

I always purchase the Geek Squad protection for my computer/software needs. I am not very computer savvy so it is a great service to keep the laptop running smoothly. I also like it for repairs if I managed to break something.
