Love this laptop ultra sleek and converts from laptop to tablet and love the touch screen function as well

Repair my childs computer quick.but didnt know it was just for q repair.it was for a 11 year old so she missed it up again and wasnt able to get it fixed.

I buy protection for anything over $100 and BestBuy offers a good price for 2 years. I don't ever have to worry about what will happen if my product stops working.

I bought an expensive laptop and it works good. I also bought the 2 year Geek Squad plan. Then I lost my charger. I was told by Best Buy that they would not replace it. It would've been nice if Best Buy would have replaced the charger. They should offer to replace the chargers at least once. The laptop cost $2,000 with the Geek Squad plan.

Greek Squad service in 2021 was awesome. You pay for what you want to protect and it wasn't a yearly plan.

Bought a new laptop recently and wanted additional support in case of accidents. Haven't had a reason to use the service yet, but it's good to know I have it just in case.

my Surface2 crashed (2 years old) and they were unable to fix, I received credit for my entire purchase price of the Surface2 towards purchase price of Surface3. Happy customer!

I bought the 3 year Geek Squad Protection for repair or replacement if anything happens to my new computer. So far I have not had to use it.

3-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection, when they responsible to product with this program , it make me comfortable to use new computer. That's why I like buy product at BestBuy.

This is great to have just in case something happens to your laptop locked up or whatever you purchased they're great with it

I strongly recommend protection plans everytime they are offered. Best Buy is best in class when is comes to offering affordable reassurance when buying new computers
