    Happy I purchased the extended warranty. Will be using it this week as we've had some unfortunate issues with our Xbox. Thankful I have the warranty.

    Always great services. Always worked with me. It sucks that u cannot extend ur warranty towards the end of ur current one. That's one of the main reasons y I kept coming back to geek squad

    I've experienced a screen going out on my previous laptop. Good thing I had insurance protection. It didn't cost me a thing to fix. I would never go without insurance protection on my laptop.
