this has always been our saving grace to our electronics which is why we buy all from best buy

When my laptop had some issues, I could just return it get a better one with paying the difference. The first branch I visit did not honor this warranty, so I had to visit another one. It’s worth it but there could be some branches which try not to honor this.

They're amazing, went in due to a problem with a defect in the plasma and they resolved the issue so quick

No complaints but never used ultimately - knowing I had the protection and it seemed to be a decent cost to value ratio is why I’m giving 5 stars

Amazing , if anything happened to my lap top I can bring it in best buy and the gear squad takes care of the issue

Took my brand new laptop up here for the first time and got my computer optimized and more storage added onto it. The men there were very helpful and informative on some things I did not know after purchasing a gaming computer. Definitely recommend.

This protections gives me comfort in knowing that I can make one phone call and take my product in for service. I do not want to worry about not having it when I need it; so, I bought this service to ensure that I can get it back up and running.

So far the money I have spent has saved me a bunch of money. The only negative is during the pandemic getting service with out waiting a lot of time has been difficult. Also it is very difficult to schedule any time without waiting 1 week or longer. If you need help now it is almost unheard of. So this has been a problem.

Definitely woth it. I usually dont do the warranties, but this time I am so glad I did. Actually had to use it only a few months in.

We did not need to use these services for this product, but I have had to use the Geek Squad services before. They have always taken care of my needs and I will not have a major purchase without it. Geek Squad protection is one of the main reasons I purchase all of my electronic devices at Best Buy.

Haven’t had to use the Geek Squad and hopefully don’t have to, but at ease knowing they are there for us

I have not had to use my protection, but everything that is included I have no doubts I will have any troubles.

Always get a warranty with my electrical devices. I’ve had to take multiple devices that have broken within the two years and Best Buy will replace them or give a gift card for the amount paid. You only loose the money paid for the warranty.

Glad I bought this 2 year insurance cus you just never know if I will need it later down the road!

This is well worth it if you have children who use the laptop a lot. We had laptop screens broken, buttons broken, batteries die, and it was all covered. Make sure you know exactly what is covered, because that changed a few times. The only drawback is that repairs do not take place locally, so typically, you wait 2-3 weeks.

Comforting to know that I have the security and expertise of a knowledgeable team as I am not very familiar with computers. I had an issue and brought my computer to the team and it was addressed quickly and problem fixed immediately.

Service was exceptional got what I needed thanks to these guys
