I have used this service once before. I can not say enough of the friendly service, finding errors when I get them on my computers, and up date help I believe in geek squad help

Geek Squad is great! Haven't used them yet on this device, but from my experience, they are terrific!

The agents has helped repair my laptops in the past. It’s very easy to schedule an appointment and everyone’s been very helpful.

I usually don't buy extended warranty coverage but I bought this computer for in person table top RPG's. Given the odds of a soda being spilled during the course of the game, I expect to cash in on this 2-3 times

I ALWAYS get the Geek Squad protection. With my last computer, I actually needed my hard drive replaced so it paid for itself. I just wish the Technical Support protection wasn't so cost prohibitive, or I would get that as well.

We haven’t had to use geek squad for this device but I’m confident they would take care of use all the same.

Always get the warranty from Best Buy nothing like the peace of mind and ease of use!! I always get it for electronics.

Haven't had to use but great to know that we are covered if anything does happen. Bought this for my son's laptop and I have the peace of mind knowing it's protected. Have always had good experiences with Geek Squad in the past.

Did. Of get a chance to use Greek squad yet for the camera, but I have used them with other products and it’s soooo easy. They have fixed so many of my items and if it can’t be fixed you get a new item.. NOT REFURBISHED but new.

I like having this on my computer as this ensures protection on it so I can hopefully prevent what happened to my previous laptop.

Highly recommend on computer products. It saved me an $800 MB and about 3 hours of trouble shooting. (wouldn't charge)

Just purchased a new PC and decided to get the extra coverage. My last Dell broke one day after the Dell warranty and Dell would not help me fix it without expensive fees. I would never go without coverage again.

Great laptop tablet. Only thing I don't like is the battery doesn't last very long.

Got this for a $900 laptop. Wife dropped the last one after 4 months of ownership, without the added protection. Lesson learned.

I took 2yr plan. Hopefully don't have to use. I do think it was reasonably priced for warranty. I usually don't purchase the extra warranty, but was told by someone they had good experience when they had to use the warranty.

The 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection plan a must have if you bought an expensive item like a laptop or TV. It covers a lot of things that could happen in a home with kids. No way I was not going to buy the protection.
