Very helpful when my washer was throwing codes. replaced a few parts then offered to replace the whole washer

i got i dent in my laptop due to dropping accidentally and geek squad helped fix it. They even found an issue with hinge.

Hopefully I will not have to use it but so glad to have it as every CS rep and tech at Best Buy make me feel good that they are more than qualified to help and fix my laptop if or when needed, or just walk me through over the phone.

This was a gift for my daughter that is on 5th grade. It works very well for her to do her homework and also play games.

Accidents happen…hoping not, but this is a great price for three years of accident coverage.

I would never buy any computer items or computer without purchasing the Geek squad. They are so helpful and knowledgeable about all of the questions I have when there seems to be a problem or I just need more information.

Great computer for gaming and all other things. The picture is beautiful and the computer runs fast. Only downside to the computer the battery dies super fast. Does not hold a charge for long.

After about 6 months I experienced issues with my lap top pc so I brought it in to the Geek Squad. They were able to repair the system free of charge. The repair time was not bad at all.

I had purchased a lot of electronic devices through Best Buy and I always believed in them and the services they provided. But a year ago I purchased this computer and everything was ok until the 11th month after my purchased. The computer started acting crazy and it was not responsive at all. I took it to the closest Best Buy and Geek Squad agent checked it out. They told me "they were going to check". The same night they called me back saying the computer have nothing. Next day I went and showed the agent the many videos I took of the computer. They told me they will send it out. Well, I wait 4 weeks,( just enough time for my Geek Squad Protection to expire ), then they called me saying it was ready that it was a problem with the LCD and they have replaced, I do not know what is the relationship between display and system crashing and computer acting slow. So I took it home and tried to download a game and the computer is acting worst than ever. Well played geek squad, from now on I will purchase my devices elsewhere because I do not trust best buy services anymore. Do not purchase the Geek squad protection, they will take your money and do nothing when your device have a problem!!!

3 years Geek Squad Protection plan is so worth it! It's the only way to go when buying tech products and applications. This is what keeps us coming back to Best Buy!!!

I got a great deal on a Laptop! It has been a long time since I set up a new computer so I had the Geek Squad do it for me. They were right there at Best Buy and did a wonderful job. Thank you Geeks and Best Buy! I know I will get any help I need and you are just ten minute away.
