I purchased a Lenovo laptop at Best Buy three years ago and it has been great buy recently it got a lot slower. I had not purchased any protection plan at that time so when I took it into Best Buy for help, the Geek Squad agent, Chance, explained the Geek Squad protection plan to me and it sounded like a real good deal to me so I purchased the one year plan. I am so glad I did and the Geek Squad was able to get my laptop into great shape! Thanks for your help!

In the past my laptop was damaged and there was nothing I could do. I knew that I needed to add geek squad protection this time. They have great customer service and someone is always able to give me an answer I am looking for in order to solve my solution.

Couldn't be more pleased with our experience with the protection plan. We had a drop incident that caused some damage. The Geek Squad team sent it to the repair center, and they fixed it like new. The repairs were extensive, and exceeded my expectations. Life happens, and the protection plan is highly recommended to keep your devices in top working order.

Definitely worth the money in case anything ever goes wrong.

Got it for the “just in case” Hope I never need it but I will be taken care of if I do need it.

this have been one of my better purchases I have been very pleased these past 2 years. downfall, I am in need of a tune up desperately ,as my compute is {as my 15 year old pits it} "laggy". Other than that the touch screen has a slight crack but with the 3yr geek protection, I have no problem getting that fixed quick!!! lastly, im a\stll onfused with there is no disk drive but I'm sure my son with help me understand!!

Have always had a fantastic job with Geek squad, Super impressed with how knowledgeable they are on basic stuff. Actually pretty impressed on l i'm helpful they've been for more complicated stuff as well. Very impressed with the fact that when they don't know an answer they don't send you away they help you find a solution.

Love the laptop. Love the touch screen. I keep forgetting it has it. If you purchase this you will not be disappointed.

Worth the money, they are always helpful when I have questions. Also, the accident forgiveness and all possible solutions they offer is worth the money. It is 100% a good idea to get protection on items because you never know when something is going to break or crap out.

I bought this for the sole purpose of completing my school assignments with the added benefit of using it as a tablet. It does a great job at it and has helped me reduce the weight of my backpack by a lot as well.

I always buy insurance for expensive items. They are hard to replace. Buying them once is hard enough. I don't want to have to buy them twice. It's a no-brainer. If you can't afford the insurance, you certainly can't afford to replace what you are insuring. Not to mention the no-hassle service. BEST BUY is famous for service. They will take care of you. Always fair and square with me. They have been at it a long time and know why they are successful. Two words, customer service.

I'm glad I paid for the service, kids are a weakness and thank God it wasn't banged up badly.

I had no problem returning my son's laptop for repair after spilling something in it. The problems came after when I was supposed to come in for replacement since they couldn't repair his and they gave me a gift card instead of just giving me another laptop. I'm still not happy at all. I had to use part of my gift card for a new printer or laptop for myself just to put with his gift card to replace his computer. I bought his on Black Friday so yes of course there's no laptops close to the same price. Well definitely think twice next time I'm buying a laptop or anything such. I couldn't even afford the extended warranty coverage this time. I'm very disappointed with best buy.

Geek Squad has always been extremely helpful and friendly. They don't make me feel dumb when helping me with things that I'm sure are simple to them and that's appreciated.

Can be very useful if you are clumsy or tend to break stuff easily.Replacement is very quick.

I have language problems, there are good customer service employees in Spanish and that helps me a lot. And the technicians from other countries, some are patient when using Google translator, there are others who are not, these are the technicians who are in their country.

I have always loved geek squad services for several years. This is why I just keep purchasing it there quick in resolving issues. I don’t feel judged when I need something fixed or replaced or repaired. They always do it with helpful advice, and I’ve never had an issue. They haven’t been able to solve.

Love Geek squad. They have always treated me extremely well. They might not be perfect but overall they’ve been perfect enough for me to forget any small imperfect moments. Nobodies perfect but I feel confident and secure with there services.
