Happiest when we DON’T need to use these guys, but they’ve always been prompt and efficient when needed previously.

Happy I purchased this because sometimes things happen and it’s unexpected and money can be tight. The protection keeps this from happening.

When I first bought my computer I was told about this service and I agreed. I thought I was covered under this plan until I discovered I was set up with The Geek squad total tech support plan that did not have accidental coverage. Not until I took my computer in for repair and was told I was not covered for repair. I had to pay a nonrefundable $85 to be shipped, and told I needed a new mother board for the cost of $600.00. Some of the associates that work in the store do not know their own policies and services well and should be coached on products and what they cover. Its too late to cancel the total Geek squad protection plan because it auto renews annually. I now have the accidental coverage plan after the total loss of my first computer and misrepresentation of the product that was sold to me.

Beau, the Geek Squad agent I worked with was EXCELLENT explaining everything every step of the way from transferring files to delivery.

Associates are tremendous and knowledgable to help me find the right product I needed. No worry and no hassle returns... What more can you ask for! Love my Razer Blade RTX 2060, perfect and reliable! Superfast! Plenty of power and great value!

I purchased this protection for my granddaughter's HP Chromebook. I just purchased the Chromebook so haven't had a need to use it yet but it is great knowing they are there to help when/if she needs it.

I had to bring my computer in to get fixed and everyone was very nice and accommodating. There were some communication issues about my computer getting to the service center and it took than I was told. But everyone was super nice at the store. And I was able to get a new computer with no issues.

I used the service several times and it saved me a lot of money on service and parts.

Please but the warranty! Between lightning hitting my house and just stuff stopping working it’s well worth the extra money! Every time something happened Best Buy was good to me and replaced my items.

The agents were able to help me replace a new pc with another. The first one I purchased had Windows S and I could not load apps. Once the exchange, they switched my Microsoft Home and Office over. I am not sure how, but all 3 uses were used up though. It took overnight to finish the job, but it was finished by noon the next day. The wait seems long sometimes.

This agreement was purchased at the same time has the Surface Laptop since it is reliable. To date, it has not been used. However, the confidence and reliability in this agreement created less stress at the time of this investment.

It came with my Total Tech membership, how can I go wrong? Most things still work many years after 2, but if they don't BB makes it easy to swap out for a new one. :D Get a Total Tech membership and see what I mean.

If you ever have an accident with your electronics and you do not have geek squad you will kick yourself. The price of protection can be a problem after you plunked down a bunch for your device however when/if something happens you will not regret it.

Geek Squad service has saved me again and again when it has come to my laptops. Most recently, they entirely reimbursed my 1.5 year old laptop, when it could not be fixed.

Computer is working perfectly. I recommend this type if you are a student, and especially a medical student, it’s heavy but works great.

I bought this laptop for my mom for christmas and she has been using it like crazy for her zoom meetings and uploading documents. It works very fast and she loves that it can fold into a tablet!

They really knew what they were talking about and because I bought the 1 yr protection, when I took my computer to them to be inspected it was free.

Geek squad always had my back. Only had to use them once in the 2 years but it was the easiest experience and they got me back working from home in less than 24 hours.

Love my laptop. Color and weight is awesome. I have had this laptop before and ky new onejis much better and up to date. HP is great and pirce was affordable.
