Always good to have Geek squad you never know when it may come in handy was bought for my niece’s computer incase since we have a little one running around

What a added piece of assurance and somewhat peace of mind. My husband eats, drink and sleeps on our laptop. Crumbs and other debris is on the desk constantly or until I clean up the area. So this …somewhat adds a little a peace of mind of protection.

I haven’t had to use Greek squad on the new laptop but we did last year I believe it was last year on our washer. They was able to come out right away and was friendly a was able to fix our washer quickly and explained to us what was going on. I would recommend having geek as a warranty

I love it. Best Buy def always do the right thing.

Trust me it save you so much money buying the warranty if you don't and the item breaks or something is wrong you be repaying and lossing money.

ive had this laptop for 2 years now and i have been very happy with it , it still runs like new and is very user friendly i am very happy to share with you on what a great computer it is and would def buy again

It is great that I really don't have to worry about anything taking my computer anywhere i want to go and if anything happens to it accidentally it is covered which is a huge life saver..... This company is one of the few i always will get the protection plan.

What can I say other than, “The Geek Squad is simply AWESOME!!!” They are Kind, Respectful (Great customer service…which is VERY Important!!!), Knowledgeable, and VERY Patient with my many questions!!! I Trust them!!!

Got a Great Deal on the Laptop and since anything can happen i decided to insure it since the price for insurance is a Great Deal as well.

Geeck squad is a must have when you have such expensive products that you never know when somthing might spill orthey might fall off the couch. Trust me i know. LoL

We haven't needed to use this yet! Happy i bought the extra protection, never know when you'll need it!

A Defining Moment For All, Including Best Buy, The Seller, The Customer/Buyer, And Third Parties Entities/Mfgs. The Protection Plan Coverage, Put All The Eggs Into One Basket. The Most Protective Coverage Is Essential For a Happy Customer to Have a Happy Here After Buyer's Life.

I had a 2year geeksquad protection to insure a tablet I purchased and when I had issues with the tablet after 1yr I took to best buy and they ended up replacing the tablet with the insurance but I figured I'd still have a year of insurance left on the initial 2yrs I purchased but I was wrong. I was told the original insurance was for the original tablet and expired with the replacement so I had to purchase another 1, 2, or 3yrs of geek squad protection if I wanted the replacement tablet insured. So in this case i recommend buying only 1yrs protection and upgrading for another year before each year expires.

Nothing may happen but at least you know if they can't fix it you get value still

So far I haven't had to contact the geek squad yet. I have used the geek squad in the past and they were always proficient and communicated so I could understand.

This purchase is a bit high, but one of the few that gives you back full value if there is a problem. Only real negative is that if you have an issue, Best Buy will not immediately give you value or replacement. They will want to send it in to their repair center so you are without your device for at least two weeks, sometimes much longer, before you get the value back.

Haven't used it yet, but better off knowing i have some protection for my computer

My kids slept on the screen with this coverage they took my computer in and shipped it off no cost to me and got it fixed and working like new

We bought a laptop for a birthday gift and this was so worth it in case something were to happen to it.

Love geek squad. Feel better knowing my product is protected.
