We did not need to use these services for this product, but I have had to use the Geek Squad services before. They have always taken care of my needs and I will not have a major purchase without it. Always get a warranty with my electrical devices. I’ve had to take multiple devices that have broken within the two years and Best Buy will replace them or give a gift card for the amount paid. You only loose the money paid for the warranty.

Comforting to know that I have the security and expertise of a knowledgeable team as I am not very familiar with computers. I had an issue and brought my computer to the team and it was addressed quickly and problem fixed immediately.

This is well worth it if you have children who use the laptop a lot. We had laptop screens broken, buttons broken, batteries die, and it was all covered. Make sure you know exactly what is covered, because that changed a few times. The only drawback is that repairs do not take place locally, so typically, you wait 2-3 weeks.

Geek Squad coverage has always been highly-recommended with every large Best Buy purchase of mine. I haven't had to put in a claim for this particular coverage (as of yet), but historically they have been very reliable and easy to work with.

Highly recommend, a bit pricey. However, you never know when you will need to really use it.

happy with my warranty because if something happens I could either get it fixed by The Geek Squad or I could have it replace and they're so good about it I'm happy to have that with Best Buy cuz they're always honest and they always honor with it

The agent help me pick out a laptop that was kid friendly and upgraded so they will be able to play games.

I always get a protection plan on technology because I actually had my TV (flat screen) start showing black spots during the warranty coverage and they gave me a brand new one because they couldn't fix it. Must have!

Bought this for my daughter's school computer. She is not as careful with devices as I would prefer, and the Geek Squad protection is worthy. Have used it before and their service is always reliable.

It's a very good service and easy to use they do whatever you have a problem with your PC or computer or any device you have
