With this geek squad protection I absolutely love that I can always lean on good service and great recommendations. Theres no complaints on my part because I know geek squad has my back.

We purchased a new laptop and it died on almost one year from the date of purchase. The protection plan paid for repairs which would have cost as much as a new laptop.

it has a 8gb ram soddered on which really sucks. That is the main and only bad thing I can see if the one I received. Which they didn't sodered the rams on. That way you can get higher dual channel rams

The Geek Squad agent offered this product to us based on the service history with our last PC. It will provide us with security of knowing our new PC will be protected.

Probably a good thing a klutz like me purchased this. I rarely buy this type of insurance but I do drop things and I carry my lap top around everywhere and so "anything could happen" so I feel better knowing I can replace if there is an accident.

Haven't had to use it for this product but it's a comfort to have it in case something goes wrong in the first couple years of ownership. Have used Geek Squad in the past and they've been very helpful.
