We currently purchased a Lap-top at best buy and are very happy with it, And let me tell you I bought a one year Geek Squad plan for it and i have peace of mind for a small price

I got protection for my most recent laptop. Hoping to never need to use it, but if I do Geek Squad is usually pretty solid. I would recommend getting at least the one year protection for anything over $250.

If you have teenagers, or accident prone, this is a MUST HAVE!! They have always done good work! Cheaper than replacing

Thank GOODNESS I bought this when I purchased my computer! Had to use it to replace a cracked screen! :) Geek squad got it replaced in no time.. no problems!

Outstanding, highly recommend if you are getting any electronic product. these come in very handy and are always great to have if something happens to your device.

We have had to use it yet but i feel confident that if the time comes the warranty will come on handy.

Hopefully you don't have to use this but if you need it... it saves a lot of money and Best Buy has a good repair record with me.

JUNK The laptop died just after one year of purchase. Geek Squad took my laptop for a month, then returned it, having "replaced the motherboard". The battery, which was fine when I gave it to them, will not hold a charge; they wiped the SSD (for a motherboard replacement?), and Best Buy online support blew me off, saying to contact the manufacturer.

We have purchased Geek Squad Protection on all of our electronics & appliances from Best Buy. They make it easy if something goes wrong.

This protection plan is always a good idea for computers, and easy to use. I've never had issues with getting problems fixed.
