these plans are why I love best buy. I have always been helped very nicely whenever I go into best buy for help and also the on line help.

I have not had to use this yet luckily, but its worth having, knowing I have protection if needed.

Had an issue with a Dell laptop where the hinge broke. Best Buy had to send out the laptop and it took a little longer then expected but worked out well.

Although I didn't use my whole two years for a laptop I bought I was able to get another instead and had to pay what was left which was kind of cool. It was like an upgrade basically.

Geek squad agent was very helpful. And explained issues very well.

bought this just in case, luckily l have not needed it, but I am glad it is there.

Always get protection on your tech, never had any major issues with my purchases but you never know

I bought this for a loptop purchase. The motherboard fried after the manufacturing warranty. Thankfully I purchased this and it was covered!

My computer was working slow. I bought it in to the store with appointment and they get got it back working faster. I’m glad I had that warranty on it.

Bought this protection plan for my sons laptop. Thought it was definitely a good idea as he was heading off to college. We will probably purchase an extra year of protection just to be safe.

I purchased this when I purchased my laptop thinking I was covered if I needed assistance with anything. Boy was I wrong. I purchased dual screens to connect to the laptop and kept getting a "no power" message. I took the dual monitors and the laptop in to get assistance just to make sure it wasn't the laptop which I JUST purchased from them and was told I had to pay $40.00 for them to help me. Long story short, I was told that what I paid for only covered things such as the laptop not working, damaged etc. and even then, if it had to be sent out, it could take weeks to get it back. The technician still tried to help but his attitude said he didn't want to. Then he suggested that I purchase a power block with at least 40 watts, I purchased a power block at 60 watts and still have no resolution. I'm considering cancelling, it's just not worth it if I can't get simple assistance.

I know from previous purchases that the Best Buy insurance plan literally covers everything and love tat fact that I dont have to worry if anything goes wrong.

Took my laptop of three years in to get repaired and am quite happy with the results. Highly recommend purchasing this plan!

No Problems So No Need To Use It Yet.... But I know when I need their help I can count on them
