With my new product I look forward to get help if and when I need it with me geek squad specially gotten the 1 year warranty

We have yet to avail of this purchase and its purpose but we find ourselves at ease knowing that Best Buy has great service.

I think Geek squad service is an essential add-on to your device, I wish however local Best Buys can actually fix hardware instead of shipping the laptop off

I was surprised its transferable, my laptop was replaced the accidental protection was transferred to the new laptop

I don’t usually get the Geek Squad but decided to do so for a new computer. I have to say the piece of mind makes this a must have.

I wouldn't buy a laptop without one. I live very close to a Best Buy and bringing it into the store is super easy.

My wife purchased these just to try them out. She had no idea she would like them as much as she does. The only down side to them is that it only comes with one size earbud.

i used to not get the extra protection. i changed my mind when i saw my wifes tv mess up. she had geek squad, and they replaced the tv even after it was 2 years old. nice.

Love the ease of Best Buy warranties. If they ever stopped offering this I would no longer shop at Best Buy.
