I purchased the 3-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection for my Lenovo Yoga 7i 16" laptop. I try my best to avoid eating and drinking around my laptop, but sometimes I just got to have a drink with me. In the event something does happen, I know I am protected. I hope I do not have to use the protection I have covered for my laptop. If I never have to use the protection it is not a loss of money for having it.

They helped me a lot. I had everything put in and it was easy to use. They showed me how to do Shortcuts so it helped out a lot. Thanks for recommend you guys to anybody.

Super helpful for a terrible prior Geek Squad experience in which my computer came back to me broken. The rep that helped me ended up convincing me to get protection on my new laptop and was super helpful throughout it all.

Thankfully have not had to use this, and hope never to. 4 stars because I can't honestly say what the customer service is like.

The agents are very attentive to my needs and are very knowledgeable about my products. Their goal is to always provide a lasting solution to all tech needs.

Geek squad was absolutely Fantastic when working on my ASUS ROG laptop. I needed a mother board replacement after screwing up my audio Jack and they took it in no questions asked, I just had to give a description of when happened and needed fixing and they took care of it for me. They replaced the board, and had it back to me within a week or so. Even giving me instructions on how to reset up my windows. Fantastic customer service 0 differences from when I took it in to getting it back (performance wise) Really fast return rate I genuinely don’t have any complaints, thank you geek squad!

Best buy is the only store that i know that they wont fail with their protection plan

It’s always nice to have that security of having the geek squad help you with any issues you should have with the computer processor, etc.

The one time i used their service i waited 20mins before i was acknowledged and 20mins after before a tech bgan diagnosing my machine. Thry then spent 10mins performing the same tests i described to them in person and when i booked my appointment. Then was told i have to eait 4 weeks since they cant service my machine in person. Wish there was a service center near me. Since they dont have machines they lend out while yours is being repaird, my only option to get to critical work was to purcahse a machine i can use temporarily then return it when i pick up my fixed machine (cant have it shipped home, forced to come into BestBuy)

geek squad has helped us for years on various products and I have NEVER had a bad experience. fast, friendly, and professional in every aspect. i definitely recommend them

Okay, let's face it, some protection plans are better than others .... Best Buy's 3-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection Plan is the best. How do I know? With nine children and fifteen grandchildren, electronics get dropped, cracked, wet, and taken by small children and momentarily used as toys. The "no hassle, no haggle" service has been my experience ... no matter what Best Buy Store I go to! If repair versus replacement can be done, the turnaround time has been faster than expected and the work has been thorough ... my items are returned is like new condition.

Simple and easy very cheap very Worthy guaranteed satisfaction in my opinion

Geek squad is always a great service for anything you buy with Best Buy. If you get it on a device for $200 or less you basically can just exchange the faulty/damaged item and get a new one or credit. A little too high of a price in my opinion though for computers or other higher priced devices. $260 for 3 years is a little steep.

Affordable for the protection. Covers most issues that could arise.

I got a laptop. The people there were wonderful and so helpful!
