As I always do when I make a purchase I purchased Geek Squad service on my new computer. The Geeks have never let me down. At my Best Buy my Geek has been Vu. The young man is great, great and more great. A beautiful personality and has a wealth of knowledge to share. Thank you Vu.

This service is way more affordable than many others. I have not had to use them yet but I’m confident it will be a good experience. I like how there’s an app where all the info I need is maintained. It beats saving receipts.

If and when you have purchased an electronic more than $200.00 worth, it would be wise to buy an insurance along with it for at least the 1st year or so. Especially when you're clumsy. Trust Best Buy when they ask you. They have ESP they can sense youre clumsy.

I get the extended warranty with every laptop I purchase. As my computer is on the move constantly, damage has occurred, making this has a smart purchase. If my computer needs repair, it gets done or I get a new computer.

This is a must have for any electronic devices! My old computer crashed in the midst of my Classes for my Master's Degree and I panicked! I brought a new laptop and was adamant on purchasing additional coverage in case something goes wrong.

Never liked Dell until now best decision I could have made I love this laptop.

Need a zero star. So this protection will not cover issues related to inaccessible BIOS. I have a 3month old faulty ASUS laptop that would only display the logo on power up and this plan does not cover that. Geek squad claims its a software issue and requires $100 to diagnose the issue and potentially another $250 payment to fix whatever they find. Buy this plan at your own risk!

Considering that this protection covers damages and such, knowing that my laptop came new in box with a faulty keyboard and they instantly replaced it that day was very nice. Definitely worth the money for the service

I haven’t had to use this service yet but I feel comfortable knowing that I have this resource. I am in a Paramedic program online and my computer has to work or I can’t do schoolwork and if I get behind, I get dropped from program, so this is a nice insurance for me.

My wife and I each have a computer and I don't know what we would do without the Geek Squad. I accidentally spilled tea on the entire computer and immediately made an appointment and they rectified the problem to my total satisfaction.

I purchased this protection because I'm always using my laptop in my bed or I let someone borrow it. I have to make sure this was covered because things happen and some people are clumsy. I haven't use the protection as of yet. Also this protection is good for other electronic products in your home, just read the brochure.
