Because you never know what might happen to your merchandise once you leave the store. Then you have to pay extra money out of pocket to even to get them to look at your computer. Then you will have to pay for them to fix it. If you have the Geek Squad you don’t have to worry about paying out of pocket.

These guys are great!!!! The geek squad is a force!! They tried there absolute best to fix my laptop in a timely manner. And when they couldn’t they were very communicative and sent multiple texts every step of the way to inform me of next steps. Got a replacement because I had there warranty and everything was so smooth and easy. I’m freaking ecstatic that I can play my favorite games again !!!

The process of getting a replacement or repair from Best Buy Geek Squad is very easy and carefree. You can either schedule an appointment online or over the phone. Once you have scheduled an appointment, a technician will come to your home or business to diagnose the problem. If the technician can fix the problem on the spot, they will do so. If the problem is more complex, the technician will take the device back to the shop for further diagnosis and repair. I do this with any major purchase from Best Buy. Manufacturer warranties often require you to return the unit before they repair or replace the item with a refurbished one. The process can take time. Best Buy is quick and easy.
