I think that for the price that I paid for Geek Squad, it is not worth it. I would prefer to have a plan that allows customers to replace items with newer items. Especially for the product a customer pays for. Overall accidental protection is great but is not really used for those who are very careful with their items

Wife made me get the warranty. Haven’t needed to use it yet but time will tell.

I think that when you buy something with this kind of price tag you better protect it because I know I would be devastated to lose this and just have no promise of having it fixed, although my charging cord did get mashed up and being a rated brand they didn’t have the replacement cord and told me to rebuy it and submit the receipt which is one more hoop than I wanted to jump through at this price tag

I’ve never had to use Geek Squad but I wouldn’t purchase electronics without it. I trust Best Buy and having this protection makes me feel better.

For certain thing's love these! Def worth having for big things that can break ez or around kids

It is for the best to have coverage on your laptop in case anything goes bad or wrong with the laptop.
