    Agent at North Fayette Pittsburgh was not knowledgeable at all. Took my laptop andcsent to service center when laptop was still under manufacturer warranty. Now they want to charge for the service. Have bern trying to contact Geek Squad manager for over a month. Left voicemail, 2 messages, and an email. Still no response.

    Always good to have warranties. Manufacturers don’t cover human error. This does.
