This is a great and powerful 2-1 laptop that is very to use as a tablet. The pen works perfectly and that size of the screen makes it easy to carry and handle as a tablet. I recommend the product, I liked it so much that I bought another one for my other kid.

Small, but works great. My daughter loves it for her first gaming laptop. We got a gamig laptop because it fits the space we live it but it works great, and does everything she wants.

Geek squad protection has saved me from expensive repairs and losses several times in the past. Be it Cracked screens, broken washing machine, laptop that quit working, the list goes on. I have not had to use this service and hope I don't. However, I have peace of mind in knowing that if I spill coffee on my keyboard, I can take it to the Geek Squad to repair my device. "It's better to have a peace of mind and purchase the 2-year accidental Geek Squad Protection upfront than to pay out-of-pocket money to get a repair done.

The geek squad is a godsend. It is convenient and helpful to know I can rely upon the in-store staff to keep my most valued electronics in tip-top shape. I buy the 3-year coverage for my goods so that I am always assured to not have to purchase a new computer is something happens.

I've tried different services, including Apple service. Geek Squad service beats all of them hands down. The tech person can usually work on your device remotely. You can have the service for more than one device. The service includes 1 year accident protection. It's a great bargain!

Haven’t had to use this yet but I’m glad I purchased this one year protection plan. Now I know my computer has protection for anything that could happen

I have not had to use this yet, but on the off chance you need it, it is going to save you some serious cash. At the very least, your laptop will most likely not be holding a charge that well by the end of two years, and you can get your battery replaced. Overall, it will either save you cash or at minimum give you a peace of mind. I travel for work so the protection plan is going to keep me worry free about replacing it should something happen (although I will do my best to prevent that!)

I have two little kids who like to touch my computer. With it being touch screen, the two year protection plan seemed essential and it covers so much!

I have not had to use it and I hope I never have too but last year I bought a Chromebook and didn't get the protection plan and then it brought as I am ended up with a very expensive paper weight

After many visits and disappointments, the manager Jeff step-in and I was able to get my questions answered. The team was great that serviced my computer with a great turn around time. The setup my new computer and provided excellent customer service.

Having bought this with a replacement laptop for my daughter it was inexpensive insurance against catastrophe should a problem arise while she was getting used to the new equipment. I was impressed by the knowledge and help provided at the purchase of the new laptop by the Geek Squad tech’s and felt this would be really good as added protection should she need help with it during the learning curve.

You buy anything decently priced please get this! Best money spent. Bought alienware and would never not buy this protection. You just never know when you will need it and get at least two years bc a lot doesnt happen in first year sometimes
