I have old computer before and has broken screen with slow uploading the pages , The model was discontinued my covered with geek squad give me credit with the same value of my computer to get any brand with this credit or I can get more expensive one and I pay the difference , highly recommended

The 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection plan a must have if you bought an expensive item like a laptop or TV. It covers a lot of things that could happen in a home with kids. No way I was not going to buy the protection.

I took 2yr plan. Hopefully don't have to use. I do think it was reasonably priced for warranty. I usually don't purchase the extra warranty, but was told by someone they had good experience when they had to use the warranty.

We purchased the protection plan for my grandson's tablet. Thank God we did. Within two months, he dropped it and damaged the device. The Geek Squad was able to repair it and get it back to us within a reasonable time span.

I have used this service once before. I can not say enough of the friendly service, finding errors when I get them on my computers, and up date help I believe in geek squad help

I have SurfaceBook, and since they are expensive to repair. I had this protection. I had to use it once for this device (and once for the previous one). It was amazing. Worth it if you have a pricy device you can't afford to fix it.

i have not had to use it thus far although I am wondering if I should renew as it expires next month, I find often as these programs expire the issues occur

i like the service that i recieve from the geek squad, i took my computer in to get check, and they fixed it in 1 day

Geek Squad is always there to answer any questions you have and can get you back up and running.

I haven’t used it yet, but I’m glad to know it’s there if I need it.

I purchased for a laptop I ended up returning. Wished I purchased it on my other laptop that I dropped, that is less than 6 months old (bye bye $1k). Never used the service but Peace of mind does have a price apparently.

Glad to be part of getting accurate information from experienced and knowledgeable representatives. Having been a regular Best Buy customer we always have good experiences with product questions.

I have never had to use the Geek Squad for any of my purchases from Best Buy but I feel better safe than sorry, if something does happen to go wrong I know I have the best in the business to help with any issues if need be.

This will come in handy if anything happens to the laptop especially since it’s for a 13 year old and things happen
