this is my third time with purchasing Geek Squad. Each issue I have had on other products were addressed and resolved

Hopefully I will not have to use it but so glad to have it as every CS rep and tech at Best Buy make me feel good that they are more than qualified to help and fix my laptop if or when needed, or just walk me through over the phone.

I would never buy any computer items or computer without purchasing the Geek squad. They are so helpful and knowledgeable about all of the questions I have when there seems to be a problem or I just need more information.

So far so good. There has been no need to utilize this product as of January 25th.

Bought an open box Laptop for a great deal so I took out the protection just in case.

awesome protection. i got a 2 year so hopefully that works for me.

This will always be worth your buck in any product you want to keep safe.

I've never had an issue with the service. I've purchased this for each device the I buy at Best Buy.

It's good to have for peace of mind, especially after our last computer died sooner than it should have. We haven't had to take advantage of the Geek Squad protection, because this computer is still working perfectly ... but we sleep better at night knowing we've got options.

Wonderful protection plan, my computer died and i hadn't had my computer for quite a year. Called the geek squad they triuble shooted the problem and in 2 weeks it was up and running like new.

The guy that help us was really helpful he explained everything that we needed to know

Geek Squad always does a good job on my devices. My family members each have laptops or tablets from Best Buy, and Geek Squad protection for all of them. Free or cheap services, appointments can be a little booked out tho

The Geek squad is a great group of service minded individuals and they fixed my laptop in a timely manner.

I always purchase Geek Squad Protection. It is the best warranty on the market. I can make large purchases with the confidence that, if my item “messes up” or “breaks” it will be repaired or replaced without any problems.
