I haven't had to use this yet but years ago when I did, it was great.

I haven't used this and hopefully I won't have to, but when you're spending the much on a laptop, and travel with it to use other places, it wouldn't hurt to throw a little extra money at a protection plan. It covers pretty much everything for your laptop. Recommended.

I have previously used this service and it is one of the best ones out there. Anytime you have a problem you can either go to a store or online and get replacement very easily. With kids it's an absolute must.

My sister who can be very accident prone has to have this with any expensive item she buys. If it can be broken she usually finds a way to do so. She has had to have a laptop replaced before because she dropped it and they replaced it no problem. It is very much worth the cost.

The accidental protection is a must. Had to use it the first for a broken chrome screen. They were not able to replace the screen so I got a full refund to use towards the purchase of a new

LOVE this little chromebook. Has a great battery life, easy to use and take with you. My ONLY complaint would be that the keys are white and the imprint a light gray so they are not necessarily easy to identify, would be better if imprint was black.

I got this for my laptop, it is a little pricey but worth it because you never know what could happen.

I'm very satisfied with my insurance. It included the coverage of to other computers besides the MacBook that I purchase so I'm already fix to other computers that were working at home I am very satisfied with the Geek Squad

Had to use this to repair a laptop, A must have for those unexpected errors or.... who know how that happened? Get this or beware. Don't be left out in the cold with a dead pc.

it provides you with great protection. it got a laptop 2 years ago and bought this extended services. I got a credit for the full amount of the product price because it has issues and I was able to upgrades to a new laptop.

There are certain products from Best Buy like this protection I always by if the purchased item’s price warrants such. I feel better knowing I’ve got a cushion if something happens to my purchased items.

I haven't had to use it on the computer I just purchased, but have had to use it in the past, and the help I received was AMAZING. I highly recommend getting the Geek Squad protection.

How can you buy a $1400 laptop, and not purchase the Geek Squad warranty? Just the fact we have this coverage is saving me from some hair loss.

Learned the hard way when a one year laptop got black screen of death so on this purchase I took out the plan. Hope to not need it!!
