Really good service they repair or exchange devices if needed. Just expensive

Geek Squad is the best! We can always count on them to sort out any issues with our computers, laptops, tv's, etc. This is a great product at a great price.

I do not think you should spend the money on a laptop and not protect your investment. I often times have to use my Laptop other places than my desk and I can be clumsy. Accidents do happen!

Must have for teenagers with laptops. We had one major breakage that would have been a death sentence for the computer. It was repaired for nothing! The only downside was it took 4 weeks to get it back.

Bought the accidental protection for both of my new laptops. Since children can make mistakes, this makes me feel more protected. And, Geek Squad has been very useful every time I've called.

Broke the touch screen when I dropped the computer, fixed it, no questions asked. Took about 2 weeks to send it out and get it back.

Geek squad their awesome they came to fix my tv that still under warranty they couldn't fix it instead they replaced it with new one no question ask im happy
