I’ve had previous experience with the GEEK SQAD and will use them always.

This protection is good to have and they do assist when needed just hope you have a store that the customer service is good. At my store it seemed like with dealing with geek squad they are rushy and your wasting their time!

I have used the Geek Squad to install my wife's new backup camera, car stereo, and speakers at no cost (part of the service) and well as repairs on my computers

This is a great purchase. The 2-year accidental geek squad protection gives me a reassurance that if anything was to happen to my device I have this in place for me to be able to use. I love it!

Thankfully my Wife has not needed the Geek squad for any issues on her Chromebook, but the extended warranty is well worth the price.

Geek Squad is the best! They work fast and keep you updated every step of the way. Worth It!!

This is definitely worth it. My computer started to malfunction after just a year of using it and I ended up getting a replacement. They give you the full amount minus the cost of the protection plan itself, so I was able to use that to save on an even better laptop.

For the price paid I think is worth it, better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it

It was very useful when my laptop kept malfunctioning. The laptop eventually packed up but the protection plan made me get a replacement. Anyone buying a laptop from best buy should get one

Always buy the 1 year protection for my computers. Especially for accidental damage coverage.

I spilt honey ice tea all over my surface book 2 keyboard. I normally panic because that would mean I would have to buy another computer. But I was able to get my laptop sent out to get fixed.

Got it for my wife. and she loves it. today it tried to upgrade but since then it does not power on.. lucklily I got geeksquad.. must have to go there.
