The protection plan is tops. No money out of pocket to fix my broken HP ENVY. NO questions asked about damage, No reciept. No problem. Everything covered. I am so glad i bought the protection plan.

Geek Squad helped me speed up my laptop after I purchased a new router. My older laptop was slow after the install. It previously worked fine. I havent had any complaints about the geek squad service.

I love that best buy offers protection plans for their products. Sometimes life happens and its always comforting to know that you are in good hands!

I haven't had to use the warranty yet but I did receive the information I needed for future use If I need to.
