Great Warranty for 1 Year in accidental i'm so happy

this is something that`s good to have wether you take it in or have them remotely fix or clean them but don`t buy a chrome book

Iv use the squad a few times they always resolved my issue on laptop

I purchased the 1 year Accidental Geek Squad Protection for my son's HP Pavilion Laptop. I suggest always purchase a protection plan for all of your electronics.

Purchased with ease knowing that my equipment would properly be protected by Geek Squad :)

I used to get a cheaper laptop without extended warranty and have to replace it more often. Usually those models were not sturdy and were not equipping with standard features I need. The warranty though costly really gives you peace of mind.

For now until forever I will purchase Best Buy’s replacement plan. I swear by it.

I purchase this for my son laptop just to be safe, because accidents can and will happen. Have not had the opportunity to used it yet. But it’s just good to know I do have a back up..

We are very happy with Best Buy service, they provide excellent customer service and support. Will always go back for any electronics at Bestbuy.

I bought an expensive laptop and it works good. I also bought the 2 year Geek Squad plan. Then I lost my charger. I was told by Best Buy that they would not replace it. It would've been nice if Best Buy would have replaced the charger. They should offer to replace the chargers at least once. The laptop cost $2,000 with the Geek Squad plan.

We've used Geek Squad for several years, both to transfer data from old computers to new ones, and to fix problems with computers we're currently using. And each time they've been courteous, quick, and reliable in what they do.

Haven't used the service with this product. Used perviously with a tablet. Got helps about five times during the two year plan. Fixed twice which covered the cost. Helped problem solve other issues
